Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 June 2026
1. Definitions
- Service — the Lirota tool for anonymous, directional measurement of team mood.
- Provider — the entity operating the Service, identified in section 2.
- Decision-maker — a manager, team lead or other person who creates an account and runs measurements.
- Participant — a team member giving an anonymous answer via a confidential link.
- Cycle — a single measurement period the answers relate to.
2. General provisions
The Provider and owner of the Service is Piotr Sobiegała, operating at Olimpijska 15a/4, Bytom, Poland; contact for matters related to the Service: contact@lirota.com. These Terms set out the rules for using the Service and constitute an agreement between the Provider and the user.
3. Scope of the service
The Service lets a decision-maker run measurement cycles, collect anonymous participant answers and view aggregated results and trends. Among other things, the tool helps observe whether a decision-maker's decisions help the team or hurt it. The Service does not offer ready-made recommendations — interpreting the results is up to the decision-maker.
4. Technical requirements
Using the Service requires a device with internet access and a current browser with JavaScript and essential cookies enabled.
5. Account and use
Creating an account requires an email address and authentication. The decision-maker is responsible for keeping login data confidential and for lawful use of the Service, including informing the team about the anonymous measurement being run. It is prohibited to use the Service in a way that breaks the law, infringes third-party rights, or aims to de-anonymize participants.
6. Anonymity and personal data
Participants' answers are collected in a non-identifying way and presented only in aggregate. Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Fees
The basic scope of the Service is free of charge. If the Provider offers paid plans, their scope and prices will be set out in a separate price list, and using them will be optional.
8. Liability
The Provider makes every effort to keep the Service working correctly and continuously; however, to the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for decisions made on the basis of measurement results or for interruptions due to causes beyond its control.
9. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to contact@lirota.com. We handle them within a reasonable time, usually up to 14 days, and inform you of the outcome by the same channel.
10. Withdrawal
A consumer (and a sole trader with consumer rights) may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, by sending a statement to contact@lirota.com, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Changes to the Terms
The Provider may change these Terms for important reasons (e.g. legal or functional changes), giving appropriate notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means acceptance.
12. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law and the applicable rules on consumer protection and data protection.
These Terms are a template tailored to the nature of the service. We recommend a lawyer review before production use.
