Everyone measures what your team delivers. Lirota shows you where it's heading.
An anonymous, quick pulse on team mood. Four questions, one comparison, a clear trend — a leading signal on energy, pressure and clarity of goals. Lirota shows whether a manager's work is helping the team or hurting it.

Your numbers reveal the problem only when it's already too late.
Velocity, story points, deployment time, test coverage — they describe the output of work well. None of them explains why the pace suddenly drops.
They show the past
- Story points say nothing about how tired people are.
- Deployment frequency doesn't catch mounting overload.
- Commit count doesn't tell real progress from spinning in place.
Shows the direction before it's too late
- An earlier read on mounting overload and blockers.
- A clear signal of whether the team knows where it's heading and why.
- You check whether your decisions as a manager actually help the team.

The team votes
People open a confidential link — no passwords, accounts or email required.
You see the trend
The aggregated trend and vote distribution appear instantly on your dashboard.
Four questions. No text fields. One comparison.
We only ask whether this cycle is better, the same, or worse than the last. No 1–10 scales, no essays. When there's no average to hide behind, all that's left is a simple, directional answer.
Energy
Engagement and readiness to take on the next tasks in the current cycle.
Focus
Room for deep work without the chaos of meetings and constant direction changes.
Pressure
Perceived load, pace and the pressure of shipping on time.
Clarity
Understanding of current priorities and confidence in why we're building the product.
Three things others don't bring together.
Anonymity at the core
Voting without an account or email. The dashboard shows only the aggregated distribution — never who chose what.
A feedback loop for managers
Cycle by cycle you see whether your decisions as a manager help the team or hurt it — right away, not six months later.
Forecast module
Before you see the results, you record your own forecast. Over time you learn how accurately you read your team.
For people who lead a team and want to know more than the numbers tell.
An unbiased read before the retro
A quick read on team mood before a retrospective or planning — no sugar-coating.
Measurable proof of impact
Whether new processes and goals genuinely make work easier — or just add load.
A confidential view of the org
A read on team mood without heavy software or multi-page HR forms.

How is this different from a satisfaction survey?
We don't ask "how satisfied are you" on a 1–10 scale. We ask about the direction of change versus the previous period — it's harder to game and shows a trend, not a single point.
With a small team, are votes really anonymous?
With very small teams the distribution of votes naturally carries more information. We design Lirota to limit this and flag when a team is small enough that results should be read with caution. We deliberately don't promise the impossible.
How long does it take my team?
Under a minute per person. One link, one pass, no login.
Who sees the results?
Only the session owner — and only in aggregated form. Individual answers can't be tied to a person.
Will it flood my people with emails?
No. No sign-up, no inboxes, no reminders. The team votes through a confidential link.
How much does it cost?
